These trays are traditionally used as food platters for bread, cheeses, fruit etc. They can also be used as trivets for hot pans and decorative pieces for the home.
About Jasmine Fassenfelt

Jasmine fell in love with willow weaving when she did a project at the end of her university studies creating a three-meter large hand sculpture made completely from willow and recycled materials for the Lost Gardens of Helligan. She now divides her time between running workshops, creating bespoke sculptures, working in schools, and creating visual elements for community arts projects.
Jasmine has always felt a strong passion for nature. She enjoyed a childhood filled with daily sea swims and adventures on Bodmin moor, This love for nature and art has led her to explore the endless ways of using natural materials to sculpt and create.
This workshop was made possible thanks to Experience Bodmin which is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
